Will this work with a Sony a7rii null

Yes but I have this flash and I don't recommend it. It's worth it to spend more and buy the next level Sony flash.

Yes it works good. Not a huge flash but does a fine job for anything within 25' of the camera.

Sony a7rii camera use the new multi-interface hot shoe, which allows the camera to be paired with many new accessories for stills and video production. Sony currently makes four flashes that fit directly into the multi-interface shoe: HVL-F20M, HVL-F32M, HVL-F43M and HVL-F60M. I would add an External Battery Pack if one is shooting numerous shot to avoid power failure
