To add a subwoofer you’d basically just need a subwoofer amp wiring kit because the radio has sub outputs. That’s in addition to the subwoofer and amp, of course. .

No, it would work with existing speakers. My car is a 1989 and the stereo works with the original speakers.

I don’t know about a subwoofer, but if you want to add SiriusXM satellite radio, you are going to have to pay like another $130 on top of the radio for parts and labor just for the satellite receiver. Best Buy is a rip off.
