No it does not but you can switch out the joysticks if your current ones ever do get stick drift

Kinda I’ve had my controller for about two months still haven’t gotten stick drift yet but if you do you can easily switch out the actual joysticks with this controller so even if you do get stick drift you can replace the sticks .

No, Hall effect sticks are not available for this either that I know of.
