Most definitely you can switch every second, if you're fast enough with your fingers, all you have to do is simultaneously mash two buttons, and you get a notification on your screen letting you know that you switched profiles to profile whatever you've named it. I love this controller. I play MLB the show and I have pitching profiles hitting profiles and I constantly switch back and forth and at times I even create whole new profiles between innings which is maybe 10 seconds because I'm so familiar with the menus. I'll build a new one lol this controller rocks

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Theres buttons in front of the joysticks. You hold them down and select which custom preset setting you have. You can make the custom settings in the settings menu. And you can do this at any given time.
