Everyones fit inside the ear is different but I would be confident in saying these would be extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Its hard and they dig into certain spots in my ear and they are not very comfortable past the 1 hour mark.

One thing to note is I like to sleep with only the left bud in. These can’t do that because the left is a slave to the right bud. So the right bud has to be out of the case and on in order for the left to connect

To me they're as comfortable and stay seated in my ears just as well as my AirPods Pro. Btw, when I fall asleep with either these or my AirPods Pro, they'll fall out and into my bed at some point through the night. The fit is probably different for me, but hopefully that serves as a reference point for you.
