• Then have adjuster once you hit what you are doing on your phone or laptop better have it saved because it will click off. As far as hearing with these there great mater a fact I have to turn the volume down. Crystal clear sound I really like them but I’m going for the ear pods Bluetooth better 2nd question. They do not have a microphone listening only.
