- Answer They do not have a microphone, so if you want to use this with a phone, they aren't your answer. They do come with an adaptor for an airplane connection. And they work with all 3.5mm jacks

- Answer Check the right headphone. Locate the red R, then check the opposite side of the arm for an indentation that says PUSH. Push that in and the battery door will pop open.

- Answer Interesting comment. Well these headphones are pretty much just basic phones. The sound is decent, noise cancelling is OK, and build quality seems fine to me. The thing is that these are not fancy headphones! The serve a basic function and that's about it. If someone expects a stellar product, they need to spend a couple hundred (or thousand?) bucks. Considering everyone seems to go wireless, I'm surprised someone complained about the wires. As far as I can tell, the wiring and overall build is fine to me. Purchase price at the time was about $50.

- Answer I believ it could be used with a guitar amp. I think it has a standard plug in. Or if it doesn't fit, i would take it to Best Buy and get the proper converter adapter for the size of connecting to the Guitar Amplifier
