Can you sleep with these? Do they cut out snoring? null

They are very small. They hurt my ears and I did not notice any noise canceling qualities. I returned my pair

Probably would not be that comfy if you sleep on your side. If your on your back, yes it would be great. As far as snoring, it will would cut the snoring depending on how loud they snore! If you have music on and the noise reducer on, should be ok
