It can plug into a sound bar if there is a headphone jack. It does not have a charging dock. The battery will eventually die and you can just simply replace it with another AAA battery.

In order to be able to use them with your television or sound bar it will be necessary to have a headphone jack available or acquire an adapter from mini stereo to analog composite to make the connection. ~Jeannette
