- Answer My Sony camera uses the NP-BX1 and I use it to record High School sports. It'll last the entire game about an hour and 1/2 long and I'll have about 25$ to 40$ power left. That's just recording before, during and once play stops so I do pause the camera a lot but again the games are pretty long so depending on how you use it depends on how long you record. Hope this helps.
