Hi Curious, Thanks for your question. Yes, NW-A306 will play music stored on the 32 GB internal memory (actual available memory for other contents is 18 GB) in random order without repeating. When [Playback Mode] is selected and [Shuffle] with [Playback Range] is set to [All Range], your Walkman will play all of the songs in random order. When Playback Mode] is set to [Repeat off], all tracks are played in sequential order. Additional information: When (Shuffle) and (Repeat all) are lit up, “Music player” will play all tracks in the selected playback range randomly. To return to the normal playback mode, tap the icons so that both (Shuffle) and (Repeat) darken. You can also set the playback mode from the option menu. Tap the menu items in the following order.(Options) － [Settings]. Then, select the desired playback mode from [Shuffle] or [Repeat].
