You mean the 20% off? It's only for software (games) not hardware (systems).

Yes if you have bestbuy rewards money you can use it towards any purchase. I just bought the same system your looking at and I'm super excited to get it.

The 20% off does not apply however I do believe you get the extra best buy points for gamers club unlocked.

No unfortunately, just the game on its own. But the destiny that comes with the console does come with a little more than your traditional game. I used Ibotta and got a 2% cashback

The gamers club only pertains to new software, I would recommend using your Best Buy credit card and utilize the 0% interest as I did!
