Hello RLY i hope you see this messgae as i habe resolved this issue myself. I bought the destiny 2 limited edition pro on release I had issues as well with it freezing like crazy blue screen ect. I looked online for solutions and as everyone and I'm sure you seen the claim was that it was a ps4 pro issue that would be solved with an update. I tried for a week waiting to play with no updates coming. I exchanged my ps4 pro for another same one destiny bundle and have not had one issue since. So if your able 2 I think there's like 3 teirs of returns depending on your my bestbuy regular is 14 days elite is 30 day and elite plus is 45 days to return if your able to go for it cause if you have to send to sony there gonna end up swapping it and that sucks cause you paid for a refurbished system. Anyways that was my experience I hope it helped.
