Go to the PS Store on your PS5. Click redeem voucher/code. Input the 12 digit code and select redeem. Your game should then begin to download or you will be asked to download the game.

To download the game you can go into the PlayStation store after setting up the PS5. Once there you go to the ‘more’ section in the top right corner of the store from there you can click the drop down menu redeem code, and enter the code from the page. Hope this helps!
