- Answer They have 1 year warranty but you have to ship it back to them on your dime. I had a controller which had terrible stick drift so I sent it in only for Sony to send me a "replacement" controller which got the stick drift issue 2 months later. I reshipped the "replacement" controller back to Sony but they said they wouldn't replace it as it was now past the one year warranty... I was out the $25 for shipping. I am now on the 3rd PS5 controller due to stick drift. Sony needs to take some responsibility for there faulty product and should at least take care of the shipping.

- Answer Sony hasn’t verified if the DualSense works on a PS4 but they have verified that the dualshock 4 will work in the ps5 but you won’t be able to use it when playing a ps5 game.

- Answer The only time this needs to be plugged in besides the initial sync is to charge it with a usb c cable. The two new controllers DO NOT COME WITH A CABLE.

- Answer No, the controller does not come with a cable. Yes, you can buy a USB-C cable you would need to charge/connect the controller from Best Buy or any store that sells USB cables.

- Answer I would not recommend putting the PS5 in an enclosed space such as an entertainment center with a closed door. These new consoles are basically PCs and need plenty of ventilation. Both the X and PS5 have great heat dispersement but you’re playing with fire if you put it in such a small space.

- Answer They will be using the exact same components in this controller as they will any other Dualsense, or modern analog stick controller. The rate of "stick drift" will vary per manufacturing tolerances and how the product is used and cared for, or not cared for. Your mileage may vary, in other words. They have warranties for a reason.

- Answer It’s says 6/18 for all retailers. This was probably a decision by Sony to release a full week before 3rd party retailers on their website to drive business to themselves.
