• This is a PS5 Media Remote. I suggest you purchase a remote that is meant for your TV (I.e a universal remote). You may even try contacting your TV manufacturer on where to purchase a replacement. Hope this helps. Thanks!

• No, you need the ps5 to setup the remote.
