• It does adjust the volume on my sound bar, not directly but due to the PS5 communicating with the TV and the TV communicating with the sound bar.

• Yes, however from my own personal experience it’s a bit limited by the available buttons on the remote. Volume control is standard but I don’t see any way to control sound other than that (equalizer, effects on bass, etc.). Besides that, it can turn my TV on and off but not a whole lot besides that. Good experience overall though!
