• You still have to buy games, but every month there are up to three free games you can get if you have plus. It is mostly so you can play online with others, and use those games that require plus to run.

• The PlayStation subscription is for online play they sell them 3,6 and 12 month the 12 month is the better deal you would still have to buy the individual games either the physical or digital but if you don’t want to play against others online you don’t need the subscription to play the games
