Yes, it expires after 12 months. But you can buy another one before it expires and that one will not start until the first one expires and you can stack memberships on like that. But if you just buy the one, it is only for a year.

Depending on legth of subscription you get if 1yr then it expires one yr from time you activate. Cards themswlves idk if they expire after purchase most do after a yr. Should say on back of card or receipt copy if thats what your code is on.
