The email should arrive in your email inbox within an hour, and will be from Best Buy. I ordered 2 of the codes (in two separate purchases). I got the first code within a minute. The second code took about 20 minutes. If you don't get it within an hour, than it may be in your spam/junk folder (which may not appear for a number of hours). If it still doesn't arrive, I suggest contacting Best Buy customer support.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was sent by [email protected]. Make sure that address is whitelisted by your spam filter (for the time being, check your spam folder). If you still don't have it, call bestbuy support. I'm pretty sure they can resend the email out.
