Please try again later.I usually get the code within 30 minutes after purchase but with the recent covid-19 pandemic I had to wait on a purchase for a few hours but I still got the digital code for my 12 month subscription. I've noticed a few problems with the Best Buy website since the pandemic and unfortunately when I went to buy a Solid State Drive for my PlayStation 4 I had to cancel the order and buy the product from Amazon instead. The problem arose from not having the correct debit card information in the website. I went to update the info because I recently received my new debit card but when I went to update the website for the purchase it wasn't able to update the website because of an error on Best Buys website and unfortunately I had to cancel my order and all I needed to update was the expiration date for my debit card but the stupid site wouldn't allow me to update it so I had to ultimately cancel the order and go over to Amazon. The only reason I was trying to to purchase the item was for my points system but I gave up with the site.
