You need a PS4 console to use it. It’s super awesome though. I highly recommend. There are other VR options out there that you can put your cell phone in or use with a computer, but this is the best I have used.

Yes. You need to have an actual PS4 console to use this. The VR plugs into the console and you need it in order to play the VR games.

Where would you store the game? Would you download it onto your tv or put a CD into the headset? Of course you need a ps4 to run it.
