• yes, it is enough ! only a camera and the headset ;) both are in the VR bundle

• That's all you need you can download free games off of PlayStation Store and it also comes with a demo course extra games are always available

• You need the camera. I would also recommend the move controllers. If you brought the bundle you probably have it all. I would also recommend upgrading to the PS4 Pro. it has a rear usb so it makes plugging in the VR a little neater on the eyes. Also the PRO is a slightly better experience.
