“Will there be any safe guards in the Device/PS4 and or in games that will prevent Prolonged use of the VR Headset ? What was there testing structure to determine safe usability of the Device ?”

As far as i have seen and read there is no current safeguard for prolong use. Personally i dont see sony adding any for a few reasons. One, it helps limit liability to sony and two, adding a safeguard such as an auto shutdown after so many hours of usage is going to hurt sales seeing as how most consumers prefer to have full function and control of such an expensive device. For me personally anything over a hour of use and i start to feel sick.
