“How far back can I be seated? My living room is a large empty space and my couch sits roughly 10-12 ft away from the tv where'll I'll be setting up. Is that an acceptable distance, or is it too far for the camera to track?”

So I brought out the handbook and looked it up...The "play area" is within roughly 6 by 9 feet.

I mounted the camera on top of the TV and stood behind the love seat, extending the tether almost to it's full length. It was probably about 8 feet. I kept getting a message to make sure that my face " fits within the frame". Actually it was within the frame, but at a distance. Another message that popped up was " outside of area". Now it could have been something I was doing wrong, but it could have been the distance just as easily. Hopefully someone else will try this and post too.
