Yes you can use it in bed as long as you are sitting up right enough to move your head freely and arm movements that can be extended towards the camera.

It really depends on the game and what controllers are needed. Games like EVE where your in a cockpit using a controller that might work as long as your not too far from camera and it has a clear site to you. Batman requires standing because of all the interaction with the Move Controllers in the environment. I tried it sitting down and some stuff I could not reach due to chair in the way. Sitting and Standing will probably be the best way to play from what I have seen so far.

U can only play it when u stand up use the controller or PlayStation move
