• We used it in a very hot garage while painting, so I figure it will work in cold weather.

• I think it could. As long as you have new or good batteries, I don't think the low temperature would make much of a difference. I would bring it inside to a warmer place after use or keep in an outdoor closed closet. The radio will work if it gets good reception.

• I not sure but I bet it can...i think lithium batteries can hold up to the cold...it’s a very powerful little radio and nice small size.
