Yes. It comes with an AC adaptor, so you can use it either way.However, I wouldn't leave it plugged in ALL the time, because I'm guessing over the long run, it would hurt the battery life ( similar to leaving a laptop continuously plugged in). Either way, it does work while plugged into the adaptor as well as on its battery power.
