“Is the box coming sealed? I bought one X2 in one of the bestbuy store today, however, when I got home, I found the box not sealed. I am wondering that if this is a usual case since this speaker is a gift not for my personal use. Thanks.”

It does come sealed so if you got one that wasn't then return it for another.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My box was sealed,...but I did ask a question to the salesclerk he couldn't answer without checking inside the box,...so I gave him permission to open the box. But, yes, initially, the box was sealed. Hope that helps!

Sony does usually seal all their products, the design of this package made it for easy packaging with only small clear round stickers on the tab you pull out to open. But depending when you purchased the packaging cpuld have changed. Best Buy is excellent when it comes to the products they sell have them take a look at it and if your stil concerned I bet they will give you another! Good luck!
