Possible, but not necessarily probable. There is a mic input on the Sony, for connecting an external mic. You might be able to connect that input to the headphone jack on your phone, but you'll have to check your particular phone to see if the headphone jack will output both sides of a phone conversation, as not all do. If it does, Best Buy should be able to sell you the correct 3.5mm stereo jack (goes into the phone) to 3.5mm mono jack (that goes into the Sony recorder's mic input) cable.
