How do you use voice activate recording null

Go to SETTINGS ---> Recording Settings ---> Down Arrow 7x ---> VOR ---> select ON / OFF Press Record to start the recording. While it is recording the LED stays ON. When the sound stops for 3 seconds, the unit goes into PAUSE and the LED Flashes. Recording will resume when it hears noise. Press STOP to End the Recording
