I can suggest what to do: Download the audio to a computer that has an app or program to convert audio to text. I am not well versed enough to know specifics about particular apps/programs -- I've just heard they exist. Even if you can't convert it to text, copy the audio files onto your computer. Then you can email them. But before you make the audio tapes, find out your email service's file size limits. I've emailed half-hour-long audio files via Gmail with no trouble. But if they get around an hour, you might exceed the email service's file limit. The recorder allows you to split recordings if you must, but why bother doing that when you can just stop and start a new file after a half hour or so.
