Q: QuestionSince this is voice activated, it will use up the batteries faster. Is there a way to turn off the voice activation until you're ready to use it? Say, if I don't use it for a few days, no sense in draining the batteries then, or do I pull them out?

If you keep holding either button, forward or backward search will continue at a faster speed. Or, you can turn on the EASY SEARCH function, when ON, pressing fast-forward button fast-forwards by 10 seconds and pressing fast-rewind button fast-rewinds by 3 seconds. • A:Answer Hi, Steve! Unfortunately, you cannot use the recorder to record directly to the computer. Once the recorder connects to the computer via USB, you will not be able to access the recorder because it will be used as a USB storage device to transfer files. -Sam

• A:Answer I do not see any reason it would not. I have used it for 6 hours 2x per week and no issues. Only issue I can think of is the batteries,,,if they last the recording should work but that would be a HUGE recording.....BTW: I have used it one other time and recorded 10 hours somewhere else....
