“Does the BDP-S6700 automatically shut off after a certain period of time of not being in use, and does it have an indicator light on the front to show that it is on?”

• Not sure if it cuts off after an extended period of time or as I usually turn it off after use. It does have a green indicator light when it is on.

• It does have a power indicator light on the top right of the player. I typically turn off the player when not in use so have not experienced it turning off automatically.
