Q: QuestionI’m able to use headphones when watching tv. Can’t seem to use them when I switch to WiFi . Is there a way I can do both?

• A:Answer It does work with laptops. It comes with the charging apparatus, but you will need to furnish your own cables to connect the headphone transmitter to your audio/audiovisual devices. Be sure that your connecting cables can handle stereo.

Q: QuestionI have Sony TMR RF995R (no K) and I got a new TV however the audio out is now one insertion. I need an adapter to plug in the two plugs from the base into the adapter & then into the one audio out. Is there an adapter & where can I find it? Thank you

Q: QuestionWe replaced our tv with a Samsung MU6290 smart TV. Sony headphones we are using on the old TV connected to an audio output jack. The smart TV does not have this Jack how do we reconnect it?

Q: Questionwe Bought these headphones for my father in his nursing home three months ago. When we put them in the base, the light turns red for a minute and then goes off, sometimes it stays red for much longer. They only transmit sound for about 5 minutes max.

• A:Answer I just bought mine and they charged quickly but within a few days and uses it showed charging quickly but then cutting off in a few minutes of use put them back on charger and light went out quickly but then got only a few minutes use. pulled battery pack and voltage was low on battery. put battery pack back in and it then required several hours to recharge this time. Pulled battery pack and checked voltage and it was 1.37 v which is about what a rechargeable battery should be. previous check was on one battery .93 and 1.07 before this last charge. pull the pack check the voltages if you can replace the pack and charge one more time - if it doesnt work return it...

Q: QuestionVincent - you said that the transmitter will show RED / recharge every time you place the headphones on the transmitter. Does this mean you cannot use the headphones while the light is RED? I only used them for 5 minutes!! Please advise. Thanks,
