Hi JG, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, no. The SA-SW3 subwoofer is designed only to pair to HT-A9, HT-A7000, HT-A5000 or HT-A3000 soundbar. If you're looking for a Sony subwoofer that is compatible with your Sony STRDH590 receiver, I'd recommend checking out the SACS9 subwoofer. Hope this helps!
