“Hi I purchased the sub and have tried several times to connect it. Whether it be through auto or manual connection. I reset my a7000 sound bar. Unplugged the sub and still doesn’t connect. It only blinks green a couple times then flashes red everytime.”

I had a problem with synching, too. You must Download the BRAVIA CONNECT app on your phone. It will allow you to synch it right away.

Follow these instructions if you encounter an issue with the wireless connection: • If the power indicator on the subwoofer flashes slowly in green or lights in red, try the following. – Move the subwoofer to a location near a compatible model so that the power indicator on the subwoofer lights in green. – If you cannot connect the subwoofer to a compatible model automatically for any other reason, follow the steps under “Performing a Manual Connection” on the link below to connect the subwoofer to the soundbar. https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/5027/aa710cdb5564fe8698e2f31b7345374e/50273456M.pdf – Check the wireless connection status.
