• the band is metal and heavy, The good thing- it is easily replaced and then becomes very light.

• Yes it does but it is a little uncomfortable for a woman's wrist. I had the links taken out but it still hurts my wrist after a long day due to the weight.

• Nope rubber but just go to your local mall or on line and you can find tons that will fit it.
