“I’ve had my speaker charging all morning and the yellow charge light is still on. When I attempt to turn it on it immediately turns back off. How long does it usually take the speaker to get an initial charge?”

Usually takes a full charge in under 4 hours although honestly that's my best guess. Go to your instruction booklet and double check the volts/amps needed to charge. You may be using either too low or too high amperage. (The info is located on the wall charger and is a bit difficult to read bc it is the same color as the plastic). The speakers used to come with a wall charger unfortunately the last one I bought didn't. Don't use the quick change wall charger that comes with many smart phones. Those should only be used with the phones. If you have a multiport usb wallcharger, that may be your easiest bet. If all else fails take it back and see what customer service has to say. In my experience they have always been very helpful. Hope I helped.
