• I'm thinking your laptop is wireless. Goto your Settings. In there you should see Devices or something similar to that. That icon is where the Bluetooth, printers, mouse etc. will be. Open the icon and you should be able to add your bluetooth speaker.

• Yes you can. It syncs up with pretty much everything but to get the full Beni fits of the speaker you have to download an app that works on iOS or android but I’m not sure if they have it for computers
