Hi DanC, Yes, using two speakers, you can switch between the double mode, where the same sound is played back on both speakers, and the stereo mode, where one speaker outputs the left channel sound and the other speaker outputs the right channel sound for stereo playback. Please try again later.By Pressing the add button in the back compartment of the speaker you can easily pair two at a time for true stereo separation and also you can press the WPC button to connect over 100 different sony speakers in the back compartment of the speaker it is covered with a rubber flap
