This will all depend on the source that you're playing it from but also if it's on bluetooth or wifi. If you have a phone that can connect to two simultaneous bluetooth devices that'll work, but you'll get a delay between the two (so not ideal). Since this can play through your wifi/network connection it's recommended that you play music over your wifi network because theoretically you could connect 10 of these speakers over your network (100 mbps download through your ISP) and play them together, simultaneously without any lag. You just need the bandwidth capability and add it to your google home network.

The (BLUETOOTH) indicator flashes in white.Connect the BLUETOOTH device to the speaker via BLUETOOTH connection. ...Press and hold the ADD and + (volume) buttons for about 6 seconds until a beep is heard. Also, go to YouTube and search for "how to set stereo pairing on Sony speakers with sound demo." There, you will find a quick and easy 2:24 video that shows you how to do so. Hope this helps.
