A:AnswerMake sure the speaker is connected to your wifi with the google home app and is visible on your phone in the app. You can control the speaker with the app and play all your music over wifi. Only after you have connected wifi will you be able to connect with blue tooth. This was a great speaker until sony bricked mine with their latest update.
A:AnswerTypically with most recent electronic devices there's an automatic setting between a consistent charge and a trickle charge. When a device typically reaches 100% it switches to a lower amperage so that it won't harm the battery as much. Batteries will degrade over time whether you're using them or not. I've had mine for over a year and have gone in-between using it in my garage (plugged in) to my back patio (on battery). The longest i've used it so far on battery is 4 hours, but i've never used it to failure.
TLDR: with advanced electronics like this speaker, keeping it plugged in won't harm the battery
A:AnswerThis will all depend on the source that you're playing it from but also if it's on bluetooth or wifi. If you have a phone that can connect to two simultaneous bluetooth devices that'll work, but you'll get a delay between the two (so not ideal). Since this can play through your wifi/network connection it's recommended that you play music over your wifi network because theoretically you could connect 10 of these speakers over your network (100 mbps download through your ISP) and play them together, simultaneously without any lag. You just need the bandwidth capability and add it to your google home network.
