Hi there, Thank you for your interest in the Sony STRDH190! This receiver has a built-in FM radio and Bluetooth function to connect to your Smartphone. There is also an option to connect your phone via the Portable IN jack (3.5 mm) of this receiver. And if your Sirius radio and tape deck can connect via RCA or Bluetooth then they should also work with this receiver. Hope this helps!
