• Yes, it will work with 50w and 6 ohms. I use this receiver with my moukey speakers with those exact same specs.

• Hi DGHarn, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, it will. It has a power output of 100w and you can connect speakers that are within the impedance rating of 6 to 16 ohms. Hope this helps! -Sam
