Hi Curious,

No, we only recommend using headphones to the AV receiver. Full operation is not guaranteed when you connect an AUX cord to the unit.

The microphone in front is used for calibration of the speakers only. If you want to play a device through the speakers you must use one of the inputs on the back or Bluetooth.
