You can use any of the 4 HDMI inputs. These are just labeled for convenience by the manufacturer. But you can plug in your ROKU in the GAME or BD/DVD port and it will function just the same.

Yes, you can use that input to connect your cable box then select the input channel connected to
the device you want to use.
