Hello, i currently have Bose 201's for surround, Bose's 401 for Front and Bose 501's for surround rear speakers. The sound is incredible and equally distributed. I have a Sony Core Series 10" 115W Subwoofer, sounds amazing and Sony Core Series 4" 2-way center speaker. The surround sound when watching movies is truly amazing with my speaker set up. I started with just the Bose 201's and 501's, with the center speaker and subwoofer, i just purchased the 85 inch Sony 900 tv and found some Bose 401's on ebay for a good price. Again the complete sound of Sony and Bose together is incredible as long as you set it up correct. Hope this helps.
