Hello Willy, Unfortunately, the STRDH790 doesn't support the zoning function. We would recommend stepping up to our STRDN1080 which allows for two separate audio zones. The STRDN1080 also offers an additional two HDMI connections, USB, wifi and Alexa/Google/Chromecast compatibility.
