Answering my own question. Finally got this to work. Turns out the Geek Squad installers plugged the HDMI into the wrong input on the TV. Switched it over, and now HDR and 10 bit support are enabled.

The receiver supports HDCP 2.2, Dolby Vision, HDR10 and Hybrid Log-Gamma, letting you
enjoy high quality video images ( see page 25).You need to change the setting of “SIG. FMT.” depending on the input video signal.
